Graphical Abstract

With the developed biosensor, the current differences obtained regarding the reaction of phenylalanine hydroxylase enzyme with different concentrations of phenylalanine in the presence of biopterin were determined voltammetrically by the differential pulse method and phenylalanine determination was made in unknown samples with the help of the standard graph drawn between the current difference obtained and the concentration.
